Lapsed recurring subscription

You have an automatically recurring subscription that has one or more completed payment(s), but that was not successfully billed at your last payment due date. You do not need to renew your automatically recurring subscription. 

Please follow these steps to update your billing information:

  1. Login to your account page at Account (
  2. Visit the "Subscriptions" tab. 
  3. Then use the "Update" link next to your subscription that has experienced a lapse in payment. 
  4. Fill out your payment details on that page. 
  5. Please wait 2-3 business days for the billing to occur.
