How can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

Here are the exact steps you should follow to upgrade/downgrade. 

1. Login to your account page here.
2. Navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab (shown here). 
3. To the far right of your Membership, click the Change Plan link (shown here).
4. From the Change Plan Pop-up drop-down menu, select the Edition you would like to upgrade to.
5. With your selection made, click the 'Select Plan' button.
6. Continue through the registration process like normal.
7. Once you arrive at the thank you page, the process to pay for the upgrade has been completed.

Charges for upgrades or changes will be prorated based on where you are in your current subscription; which means you will be credited with what you have left on your current subscription and charged the difference.  By upgrading you are also extending your subscription as the term date changes, so you are also paying for the extra days that are added on to your subscription as well.

How to upgrade to the Combo Plan --

When you first log into your membership you will land on this page, the MEMBER DASHBOARD or sometimes, depending on where you left off, maybe the recipe page. If you do land on the recipe page, just click on the "member dashboard" wording near the top on the left side of the screen and it will take you right to this page.


Just scroll down a bit on your membership page to where you can see MANAGE MY ACCOUNT and click that square.



You will be taken to your account page and click SUBSCRIPTIONS.



Your ACCOUNT page will show you what your active memberships, bundles that you have purchased and expiration/renewal dates. You can change many things here, upgrade your membership, cancel your membership and update your credit card information as well.

To upgrade, click on CHANGE PLAN and pop-up box will appear and click the drop down icon and it will show you what upgrades are available for you and the cost and prorated cost of upgrading from your current membership.
